How to Play?

Wildcard Entry

During the first season of the show, participants will get an opportunity to register and directly enter the hotseat and play the Saya Dakpo game bypassing the selection process all together. This Wildcard entry will be randomly selected and play the game to win Nu. 1,000,000.

Wheel of Luck

This is a game of luck and knowledge. The Player will be aided with a wheel of luck during the game. The wheel of luck entails eight different powers, each related to the eight lucky signs. The Player gets to use the Wheel of Luck three times. Click on the lucky signs below to find out what power each lucky sign holds.

DHUG

Protects from suffering, destructive emotions, illness, harm and obstacles so it shall give the power to protect the Player from one incorrect answer.

SERNYA

Like a fish swims, Sernya will grant the Player the power to swim to the next level.

BUMPA

The wish-fulfilling vase of treasure will grant the Player Nu. 10,000 as a bonus treasure and an additional Nu. 10,000 if they are able to answer the question correctly.

PEMA

The exquisite lotus blossom stands for compassion and allows the Player the option to walk away from the show with their secured prizes.

DUNGKAR

Symbolizes the far-reaching melodious sound and grants the Player an opportunity to contact a friend to aid them.

PELBU

The glorious endless knots grants the Player to untie the knot of difficulty faced and ask the host to aid in answering the question.

GYELTSHEN

Means victory over all disagreement, disharmony or obstacles, and the attainment of happiness, both temporary and ultimate. Eliminates two wrong options to help clear the obstacle.

KHORLO

The all-powerful wheel allows the Player to choose any category to decide their own fate.

The Money Wheel

One Player will attempt to win Nu. 1,000,000 aided by three of the eight lucky signs of the Wheel of Luck. The game includes eight levels each increasing in difficulty. Each level has two questions except for level 8 which has only one question. Level 1 – 5 has time limits and level 6 - 8 has no time limit. Once all levels have been cleared, the Player will become the Saya Dakpo: The Bhutanese Millionaire and take home Nu. 1,000,000.
